INTRODUCTION
The Project Titled Bank Management System is a very ideal and appropriate
Software for solving the problems faced by a bank employee by providing various
ways to perform banking tasks. It also enables the employee to have additional
functionalities which are not provided under conventional banking software.

Bank Management System undertaken as a project is based on relevant


technologies. The main aim of this project is to develop software that can manage
the Day to Day work in the bank. The system is being developed to carry out the
processes easily and quickly, which is not possible with manual systems. This
project is developed using the Visual Basic Language and hence, it provides the
complete solution for the current management system.

Striking Features of Software:

 Create a User’s Bank Account


 Transfer funds
 View User’s Account Details
 Order Cheques book, ATM Debit Card, Credit Card.
 Employee can check all transactions made from Customer Account.
 Reduce the complexity of day to day Bank work.
PROJECT OBJECTIVES

 To enable the user to create any account hassle free and


without the use of paper.
 To allow only authorized user to access various function
and process available in the system.
 Locate any Account wanted by the user.
 Reduced clerical work as most of the work will be done by
a computer.
 Provides greater speed & reduced time consumption.
 Improve the workflow and carry out processes easily and
quickly.
 Provide user registration for Net Banking if not registered.
 Customer can request for ATM Debit Card, Credit Card and
Cheque Book.
SCOPE OF SYSTEM

 Banking activities are the life and blood of the National


Economy. Without banking services, trading and business
activities cannot be carried on smoothly. Banks are the
distributors and protectors of liquid capital which is of vital
significance to a developing country. Efficient
administration of the banking system helps in the
Economic Growth of the nation. Banking is useful for trade
and commerce.
