SK RESOLUTION NO. ____, Series of 2019
RESOLUTION WAIVING THE CUSTODY AND DISBURSMENTS OF
BARANGAY SK FUNDS FOR ALL THE SK LEGITIMATE PROGRAMS,
PROJECTS AND ACTIVITIES IN FAVOR OF THE BARANGAY TREASURER.
WHEREAS, every barangay is allocating an amount equivalent to ten
percent (10%) in the Barangay Budget for the Sangguniang Kabataan;
WHEREAS, the said SK funds shall be held under the custody of the
Barangay SK Treasurer after complying the necessary requirements like
appropriate appointment and submission of an approved bond, among others;
WHEREAS, all disbursement expenditures from the SK funds are subject
to the usual COA auditing rules and regulations;
WHEREAS, this August Body finds that the custody of the SK Funds by
the SK Treasurer and liquidation of all the disbursement expenditures is
sensitive duty which needs prudence and judicious foresight and caution;
WHEREAS, despite the aforementioned complex duties and
responsibilities of SK Treasurer, no budget representing an honorarium has
been earmarked to the position of the SK Treasurer;
NOW, THEREFORE on the joint sponsorship of the Sangguniang
Kabataan of Barangay Dalumpinas, , Sapang Dalaga, Misamis Occidental, in a
session duly assembled, it is RESOLVED, as it hereby RESOLVES, to WAIVE
THE CUSTODY AND DISBURSMENTS OF BARANGAY SK FUNDS FOR ALL
THE SK LEGITIMATE PROGRAMS, PROJECTS AND ACTIVITIES IN FAVOR OF
THE BARANGAY TREASURER.
RESOLVED further to furnish a copy of this resolution to the Office of
the MLGOO; Office of the Municipal Federated SK Chairman, Sapang Dalaga,
Misamis Occidental; Office of the Commission on Audit, Oroquieta City; Office
of the Municipal Mayor, Sapang Dalaga, Misamis Occidental and all other office
concern for their information and guidance.
APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY on the 20th of May, 2019 in Barangay
Dalumpinas, Sapang Dalaga, Misamis Occidental.
