IX. Conclusion
Hi-Top Supermarket is one of the best stores for selling basic and prime
commodities to Lower and Middle-class people. It has one branch that is selling retail
and wholesale consumer goods, school supplies, home accessories and other
commodities that are known for their cheap, fresh products and discounted items. It
is also known for its manual over the counter payment with no bar codes over the
years.
Advanced and updated system specifically in the payment section of an entity
technically provide more efficient service to the customers. This includes the
development of code scanner to fasten the turning point of the customers at the
counter which will lessen the crowded part in the counter area.
In addition, organize and well piled products in the array is also a contributor
to an efficient service. This means that organization of products according to its
usage and type will basically help the customers to shop with less tiring experience
roaming around the market. This also includes the proper ventilation of the area for
the purpose of those who have difficulties in seeing products.
Consideration of these aspects for the improvements of the market will
obviously increased the percentage of the market to meet probably the highest
satisfaction level of the customers. First and foremost the real objective is to meet
the customers’ level of satisfaction that will reflect to the supermarkets financial
statements.
