angle and to elevate you preparation to the next level.
There are few issues though…
1. You need a big bag of money to buy the stuff from
1. The main part (Long side x Short Side x
Diagonal): 91cm x 66cm x 112cm
2. Total height is 101cm so: Legs = 101cm
- Thickness of your material(in cm)
3.Two Pads that are Square with 18cm
sides, Height 4,5cm
4.Two Win Pads (Height x Length x
Width) : 10cm x 34,5 x 5cm
5.Two Handles with Height: 13,5cm ,
Diameter: 3cm
Where to Drill - Part 1
Note: All measurements are taken from the middle part of the drill hole or the edge of the object.

Note: All measurements are taken from the middle part of the drill hole or the edge of the object.
The CABLE MACHINE - 1/3
This is a crucial tool. It gives you the ability
to train different angles with free weight
while being grounded on the table.
1.Frame H x W(cm): 192x51, Iron 6x3
2. *See detailed view on page 2/3
3.Triangle form: 60cm x 50cm x 50cm
4.*See on next page 3/3 (rollers by 7cm)
5.Height: 173, drill-holes are every 5cm
6.Iron plank is 25cm, Rollers: 1x10cm ,
1x5cm on the inner side
7.Iron plank is 9x17cm with rollers same
as above.
8.Eight meters of steel rope that is 5mm in
diameter. It should hold at least 150kg of
mechanical pull.
9.Two long anti rust bars treated with
grease - should fit inside the main frame.
The CABLE MACHINE - 2/3
* I’m sure that a good craftsman can make this tool only with this picture, but I’ll try to
clarify more on the components with a closer look.
The CABLE MACHINE - 2/3
* This mechanism controls the various points that you choose for your trainings and
connects the two ends of the steel rope.
The Half-Table
This is the second part of your
Armwrestling simulation trainings. It’s very
useful to model your movements and by
that they are applicable right-away!
I wont get in detail about the
measurements as they should be the half
of your regular table.
I have two tips though:
1.Ground your table in the floor for more
stability. It really helps with higher kilos. I
used 4x10cm bolts.
2.Leave enough room for the Cable
machine, cause it’s easier to have a longer
handle then to make new drill-holes.
The Biceps curl bench
This one goes without very much
explaining. You can take the
measurements in you local gym and build
it with your craftsman relatively quick.
I suggest to use quality materials.
My tips for that one:
1.The place that you put the bar should
be with appropriate measurements
regarding your Custom Armwrestling
Dumbell*.
2.Throw a bathing towel on it while doing
your sets as the leather is not helping
when you do reps with lots of weight.
*You will learn about the Dumbell in the
next section
Ultimate Armwrestling Those are the tools you need to calibrate every little
Toolset - Part 2 angle and to train all sides of your well-rounded strength.
The Tools
I collected the information for the various tools
throughout the years. Every tool on that list has a tip,
trick or something very very clever about it.
• Thick Curling Handle
• Toproll Handle You can now take advantage of what I’ve been putting
together for more than a decade.
• Doule Curling Handle
• Custom AW Dumbell In the videos I’ll explain shortly what is the meaning of the
tools and basically how to use them.
• Rolling Grip Handle
• Simulation/Car Belt More detailed information on how to use them you can
• Judo/Karate Belt find in my Youtube channel - Omnipotent Growth
• S - Bar
Let’s go deeper into the arsenal!
• The Strap!
Thick Curling Handle
It is not by chance that I start with that
exact tool! This is fundamental for your
strength and performance as an
Armwrestler. It builds your grip, wrist curl
and the connection with either section of
your muscles and tendons for the hit.
Measurements can vary, but by my hand I
find that 8cm in diameter works best.
Another thing you must make sure is to
implement the tool with good chocks so
you can have a smooth movement.
Check here how to use it!
Toproll Handle
That handle I made specially for training
“Over the top” movement. This is when
you try to toproll another puller that is
applying the same technique.
It works really nice when you focus on the
exact angle that is needed.
Measurements are not fixed, but the
materials better be tough.
Components:
1. Car-pulling belt
2. PVC pipe (~5cm D.)
3. Medical tape for better grip
The belt goes through the pipe and you
make a knot on the bottom. The other part
is put together with a very strong thread.
Check here how to use it!
Thick Curling Handle
I haven’t shared that one on my YouTube
channel yet, but here it is now.
The principle is the same as the Thick
Handle and it’s like you are connecting
two smaller ones with a sharp angle.
The bar that is connecting the two handles
is 12cm.
The custom armwrestling
dumbell
I remember dreaming about that one
when I was first starting Armwrestling 14
years ago.
Never thought that it can be made in the
first Craftsmen shop, but I’ve got it few
years later and it’s a great tool.
1. Length: 76cm (Remember to check out
your biceps bench)
2. Wide: FI30, or 3cm (This is the standard
so you can fit the regular weights)
3.The nut is standard with attached pins
for easier rolling.
With this tool you can significantly
improve your basis strength.
Check here for example!
Rolling Grip Handle
So you are looking at version 3.0 of this
handle. My first one was from PVC and I
almost broke my jaw when it exploded in
my hand. I made the next one from iron
but the strap was not strong enough and
ripped so the same situation occurred. So
I found the toughest strap there is - the car
belt. This thing is flexible enough and can
hold very large amounts of weight.
The latest version is made from:
1.Iron pipe - 30cm long, 6cm in diameter
2.Car Belt - Length can vary, but you
should be able to do 1 full roll on the pipe
when it’s attached to the machine.
3.Medical tape - for better grip
Check how to use it here!
THE Simulation/Car Belt
That piece of belt is so useful. As I mention
above it’s made from a flexible fiber that
can take huge hits with a very big amount
of weight.
As a separate tool I use it with the
following purposes:
1.Holder for my outside trainings
2.Support for training with a partner
If you attach a clip on it it can be used for
various exercises.
Check an example here!
The S-shaped Bar
In my personal opinion this is the best
type of two-arms bar for Armwrestlers.
It gives you many angles to train and it can
be used both on a bench and standing up.
The inner curves compliment the
armwrestling movement that is with accent
on the rotation.
That bar is too hard to build on your on, so
if you don’t have a very skilled craftsmen I
suggest to simply buy it.
The Armwrestling strap
To be a Pro puller you will definitely need
to master the pulling with the strap.
