2. When I feel sad, it helps me feel better if I distance myself to others then express
my emotions through crying.
3. When I feel anxious or nervous, it helps me feel better if I know that someone
important to me is right beside me.
4. When I feel lonely, it helps me if I go out with my friends or Rayco or if not, i will
watch movies on Netflix.
5. When I feel embarrassed, it helps me if I just laugh it out then think as if it never
happened.
6. When I feel sick, it helps me feel better if I inform my mom about it and take my
medicines.
8. When I feel disappointed, it helps me if I don't expect too much so that I can
prevent that feeling.
10. When I feel hungry, it helps me feel better if I eat it out as soon as possible so
that I can avoid further damage.
