Regulador EQA-722

The 722 Pressure Regulator can be used for direct service and multiple stage gas regulation in small or industrial installations. It features an excellent design that prevents freezing during abrupt pressure changes. There are four models depending on the regulated pressure range: 722-1 up to 0.05 bar, 722-2 from 0.05 to 0.9 bar, 722-3 from 0.9 to 1 bar, and 722-A from 1 to 1.25 bar. All models support inlet pressures up to 28 bar.

The 722 Pressure Regulator can be used for direct service (simple stage

regulation) and for first and last stage regulations, either in small installations
or in industries.
Its excellent design makes it the proper regulator for abrupt pressure changes
since it does not produce excessive freezing.
Four models of this type are produced, depending on the regulated pressure:
• 722-1: up to 0,05 bar
• 722-2: from 0,05 to 0,9 bar
• 722-3: from 0,9 to 1 bar
• 722-A: from 1 to 1,25 bar
All of them support inlet pressures of up to 28 bar.

USAGE INSTALLATION

It can be used for natural gas (density 0,6), LPG (density 1,5) and Connections
other gases (see chart) Inlet : 3/4’’BSP / 3/4’’ NPT (optional) / left srew 885 NGO (POL)
Outlet : 3/4’’ BSP / 3/4’’NPT (optional)
It can be connected equally to vertical or horizontal pipes. The
diaphragm plane can also be positioned horizontally or vertically
STRUCTURE no matter the position of the regulator.
It is recommended to leave the spring tap within easy reach in
It is highly solid, its diaphragm is made nitrile and its inner parts order to be able to make adjustments in outlet pressures.
are anticorresive. Both the diaphragm and its inner parts resistant
to hydrocarbon action. The system is equipped with a safety relief
valve that vents possible excesses in outlet pressures.
ORIFICES

Different orifice diameters are available for different inlet and

outlet pressures: 5/32” (4 mm), 3/16” ( 4,8 mm), 1/4” (6,4 mm)
and 3/8” (9,5 mm).

SPRING RANGES

Outlet pressures of regulators type 722 are regulated through the

02 adjustment of the different springs provided.
