Narrative On Early Registration

Dr. Victoria B. Roman Memorial High School in Pantingan, Pilar, Bataan successfully conducted early registration for the 2020-2021 school year from February 1 to March 6, 2020. Teachers welcomed incoming grade 7 and 11 students and their parents during scheduled Saturday registrations. A mapping and registration-on-wheels effort on February 1 registered 34 students, with 14 in grade 11 and 20 in grade 7. The early registration activities helped locate and encourage out-of-school youth to enroll for the upcoming school year.

PICTORIAL / NARRATIVE ON 2019 EARLY REGISTRATION

Dr. Victoria B. Roman Memorial High School successfully conducted the Early
Registration Day for School Year 2020 – 2021 from February 1 until March 6, 2020.

A number of incoming Grade 7 and Grade 11 students together with their parents came to the
school to register on the scheduled Saturdays.

They were warmly welcomed and accommodated by the Early Registration Committee
headed by its chairman – Ms. Marrian V. de Jesus – Guidance Designate together with the assigned
teachers for registration.Last February 15, 2020 was my schedule to assist our Guidance Coordinator
to accommodate the enrollees for that day together with Ms. Laweng and Ms. Sartiga.

As part of the said early registration, I, together with the other members of TEAM
PANTINGAN, Cindy I. Sartiga, Erlita N. Rodriguez, Ana Marie A. Vasquez, Rhenn B. Songco and
Aileen C. Dionisio , were assigned to conduct mapping and registration-on-wheels in Pantingan, Pilar,
Bataan last February 1, 2020.

Mapping was done to be able to locate and encourage out of school youth to go back to
school. Our team was able to register 34 school aged children, 14 were Grade 11, and 20 Grade 7.

Registration-on-Wheels was offered to parents and incoming Grade 7 and Grade 11 who
have no time to visit the school for the registration.
