Lothar Nessmann
Chief Executive Officer
As the CEO of Pan Pacific Hotels Group, Lothar is responsible for the
Group’s day-to-day operations, business development and expansion of
its management business.
Lothar has close to 30 years of luxury hospitality experience gained
from working in various countries including Singapore, Malaysia, Hong
Kong, China, as well as in the Middle East and Europe. Prior to joining
Pan Pacific Hotels Group, Lothar was with Shangri-La Hotels and
Resorts, where as Chief Operations Officer, he was instrumental in
developing and positioning its Hotel Jen brand.

Neo Soon Hup
Senior Vice President, Operations
Soon Hup drives the operational performance, systems management
and development, and service quality standards across the Group's
global portfolio.
He was previously the Group’s Chief Financial Officer, where he was
responsible for various corporate functions within the Group including
finance, information technology and management.
He spent more than a decade with Pricewaterhouse Coopers before
joining Pan Pacific Hotels Group in 2003. Soon Hup is also a Fellow
with the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and a member
of the Singapore Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.

Cinn Tan
Chief Sales and Marketing Officer
Cinn drives the marketing and sales strategy and synergising efforts
across the Group’s portfolio of Pan Pacific and PARKROYAL hotels,
resorts, and serviced suites.
She brings more than 20 years of sales and marketing management
experience from international hotels in China, Hong Kong, and
Singapore. Cinn has previously headed up marketing and sales for Jin
Jiang International Hotels, and led the sales, revenue and distribution, as
well as branding and marketing functions for the Ascott Group.

Kevin Croley
Senior Vice President, Development
As Head of Development, Kevin is focused on growing the Group’s
portfolio of Pan Pacific & PARKROYAL hotels, resorts, and serviced
suites through the sourcing of new management agreement
opportunities and building strong relationships with third party owners.
He has more than 30 years of deep experience in sales and marketing, of
which 25 years were spent in the Asia-Pacific region. Over his diverse
career, Kevin has held senior positions with Hilton Worldwide, Anantara
and InterContinental Hotels Group.

Andreas Sungaimin
Senior Vice President, Human Capital & Development
Andreas focuses on talent acquisition and management, learning and
development, service culture, employee engagement, and compensation
and benefits.
He has more than 30 years of Human Resources experience in the
hospitality industry as well as from private and public sector
organisations in Asia Pacific, Middle East and North America. Prior to
joining the Group, Andreas headed up the Human Resources and
Organisational Development at Raffles Hotels & Resorts. He has also
held senior management positions in Hilton Worldwide, The Hong Kong
& Shanghai Hotels Group, as well as PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Michael Ong
Vice President, Development
Michael is responsible for growing the Group’s pipeline of projects
across through third-party management contracts. Since joining the
Group, he has been actively growing its network in China and the
ASEAN region.
He brings more than 20 years of management and business
development experience in Asia. In a decade-long career with FRHI,
Michael drove the company’s expansion strategy for China and secured
management contracts in prominent cities like Shanghai, Beijing, Tianjin
and Sanya. He was most recently Senior Director, Development, Asia
Pacific with Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group where he expanded the
Group’s presence into Southeast Asia.

Greg Allan
Vice President, Operations (ASEAN)
Greg oversees the Group’s portfolio of Pan Pacific and PARKROYAL
hotels in Southeast Asia excluding Singapore.
He is a seasoned hotelier who was formerly Area Vice President of
Operations for Rotana Hotel Management Corporation based in the
United Arab Emirates. Prior to joining Rotana, Greg was Vice President
of Rooms, Food and Beverage at Resorts World Sentosa, Singapore.
Greg spent 20 years with Marriott International, latterly as Area
Director of Operations for South East Asia.

Thomas Zhong
Vice President, Operations Support and Pre-Openings
Thomas drives the implementation of operational projects and
oversees pre-openings across the Group’s portfolio of Pan Pacific and
PARKROYAL hotels.
He has worked with Leading Hotels of the World, Fine Hotels and
Resorts, and GHM Hotels and Resorts. Thomas was part of the
opening teams for The Setai Miami, The Heritage House in California,
Raffles Hainan, and The Nam Hai in Vietnam. He also supported the
pre-openings of Raffles Istanbul and Raffles Jakarta. He was most
recently the Director for Performance Management at the Singapore
corporate office of Raffles Hotels and Resorts.

Golden Whitehead
Vice President Food & Beverage
Golden provides overall leadership of the company’s food and
beverage operations in all aspects including product design and
delivery, renovations, new initiatives, profits, food safety and training,
etc.
An experienced hospitality professional with more than 18 years of
experience in multiple hospitality brands of which eleven years was
with Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts previously, Golden has
demonstrated the ability to deliver pre-opening hotels by managing
major hotel refurbishments on behalf of owning companies; bringing
them in on budget and on schedule which led to enhanced
stakeholder returns.

Gino Tan
Area General Manager (Singapore)
Gino oversees five hotels under the Pan Pacific and PARKROYAL brands
in Singapore, where the Group’s headquarters is located.
He has more than 24 years of experience with luxury hotels in
Singapore, London and Beijing, having been the General Manager of
Millennium London, Mayfair just prior to joining the Group in 2014. He
is concurrently the General Manager of Pan Pacific Singapore, a post he
has held since 2015 after a successful stint at PARKROYAL on Pickering
in 2014. Gino has built a strong foundation in Sales & Marketing in the
hospitality sector, having held senior roles with Raffles Hotels & Resorts
in Singapore and Beijing.

Romain Chan
Area General Manager (China)
In addition to being General Manager of Pan Pacific Suzhou, Romain
oversees the performance of the brand’s properties in China, namely
Pan Pacific Tianjin, Pan Pacific Xiamen, Pan Pacific Ningbo, Pan Pacific
Serviced Suites Ningbo, and Pan Pacific Beijing.
He brings to our Group over 30 years of operational experience at
business and luxury hotels spanning China, Hong Kong, Vietnam,
Philippines and the United States.

Kurt Otto Wehinger
Area General Manager (Oceania)
In his role as Area General Manager (Oceania), Kurt is responsible for
driving the performance for the Group’s five hotels in Oceania. He is
concurrently the General Manager for PARKROYAL Darling Harbour,
Sydney.
Kurt’s extensive hospitality career, which spans more than 30 years, has
taken him to various destinations in Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe, the
Middle East as well as the United States, where he managed hotels
under international brands including Kempinski and InterContinental.
He was most recently the General Manager of Marina Mandarin in
Singapore, where he spent six years.
