I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to be part of the D.O 7 Registered of


Qualified Applicants. I was so honored that out of many applicants in Teacher I position
in Davao Oriental Division I was chosen to be included on the list with___ points.

With this, I would like to still express my interest in the Teacher I position in Manuel B.
Guiñez Sr. National High School in Banaybanay, Davao Oriental. The school where I
always dreamed of and one of the reasons why I earned my education degree. This
school is not just my Alma Mater but where my home is, where my heart belongs. I love
the school, the administration, and most importantly the students which are the future of
our nation. I am willing to wait to whenever there is item in the school for the school year
2020-2021.

In line with this, I was chosen also as Substitute Teacher in the said school starting
January 6 to March 6, 2020.. Herewith, is attached appointment, service record and
other related documents for your reference.

I hope you find me qualified for the position you are trying to fill in the school. Thank you
