KAESER SCREW AIR COMPRESSOR – CSDX 140 T SC : KAESER make single stage fluid cooled air end with
world renowned sigma profile heavy duty stationary screw air compressor each having a FAD of 485 cfm
(13.74 m3/min) at 7.5 Bar (g) and max working pressure of 8.5 bar (g) at the outlet, driven by Electric
motor of 75 KW rated output. The Above model is Integrated with Kaeser Refrigerant Air Dryer.

SALIENT FEATURES OF KAESER MAKE AIR SCREW COMPRESSOR
A. Standard Equipment inside the skid of compressor package include the following parts :
a. Low Speed, Efficient Air End :
Kaeser’s own single stage, fluid cooled air end with efficient, world – renowned “Sigma Profile” which has
proven superiority over asymmetric profiles. Further, the Low Speed of Air End results in higher efficiency, less
wear / tear, more life & less maintenance.
b. Energy saving premium efficiency drive motor :
This is suitable for continuous duty operation with IP 54 enclosure protection & class F insulation with
temperature rise pertaining to class F insulation in like other motors which have class F insulation with
temperature rise limited to class B. The motor is suitable for 400 +/- 10% Volts.
c. Sigma Control :
PLC Based compressor controller which operates, monitors and safeguards the compressor. This comes
equipped with a real time operating system and numerous other facilities such as service warnings, storage of
last 100 events along with details of action taken, sequencing of two compressors, automatic changeover
between two compressors to ensure equal running time, password protection for vital settings, providing
statistics such as duty cycle percentage, rate of temperature rise etc.
d. 1:1 Drive Ultimate Efficiency :
Direct (1:1) Drive machine, ensuring no power loss in transmission & long life &easy maintenance point of
view. Elimination of wear as 1:1 drive reduces the number of components needed in comparison with gear
drive.
e. Two Stage Air intake Filter :
This comes equipped with an integrated pre-filter and hence is suitable for conditions of heavy dust.
f. Air Inlet Valve & Combined Discharge Cum Vent Valve :
The air inlet valve comes with combined discharge cum vent valve.
g. Fluid Reservoir Cum Separation Tank (One Tank Only) :
This comes with three stage separating system which ensures minimum fluid carry over.
h. Safety Relief Valve & Minimum Pressure Non Return Check Valve.
i. Thermostatic Expansion Valve :- This is to maintain healthy fluid temperature.
j. Spin-on Type Micron Fluid Filter :-This filter is easy to replace.
k. Axial Fan :
For efficient cooling & super-silent running with high ventilator thrust allowing connection to exhaust duct.
This fan is mounted on the main motor shaft itself thus eliminating the need of a separate fan motor and thus
further reduces energy consumption.
l. Anti-Vibration Mountings :
For mounting of compressor and motor which result in zero vibrations to the floor.
m. Air After Cooler & Oil Cooler made of Aluminum Fins :
For efficient cooling.
n. Control Cabinet :
The cabinet comes with IP 54 enclosure protection and has automatic star-delta starter with motor overload
trip and control transformer for protection of the motor.
B. Salient features of kaeser screw compressor
a. Space Inside the Unit :
More space is available inside the compressor unit which helps to cut down maintenance time, effort and cost.
b. Oil :
Sigma S570 Oil has a service life up to 6000 hrs of operation of compressor under standard conditions
c. Cooling :
The combined air after cooler & oil cooler is made of Aluminum fins. Air & Oil is cooled in it by the fan
mounted on non-drive end of the drive motor thus ruling out requirement of any additional fan motor &
subsequent additional power consumption. This oil & air after cooler can be swung out for cleaning /
maintenance.
d. Less Moving Parts:
There is no NRV / Check valve at air end discharge & no oil stop valve in the circuit. This helps to avoid
breakdowns and subsequent down time.
e. Noise Level :
The noise level is measured as per PN8NTC 2.3 at 1 meter distance in free field condition
f. Low Ambient Discharge Temperature:
Compressed air discharge temperature at the outlet of compressor package is ambient air temperature + 11
deg C. However, the air discharge temperature at the outlet of AIRTOWER package will be almost equal to
ambient temperature.
g. Outdoor Installation :
Compressor is suitable for roofed outdoor installation.
h. Availability of Spares :
All the spares can be made available within shortest span of 3 to 4 days and are available for atleast 15 years
of operation of the compressor.
i. Oil Carry Over :
Less than 2 ppm.

3. Spares For Air Screw Compressor
For continuous operation of 7200 hours per year (24 hours x 25 days x 12 months) the following spares are
suggested by us under standard conditions
a. Air Inlet Filter Cartridge – 3 Nos.
b. Oil Filter Cartridge – 2 Nos.
c. Air Oil Separator – Nil
d. SIGMA FLUID PLUS synthetic compressor oil – about 5 liters max for topping up.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• Prices - The prices are in Rupees & are on Ex – Pune basis.
• Excise Duty - 10.3 % Extra on the Basic Price.
• Sales Tax - 2% CST With Form ‘C’ Extra.
• Packing & Forwarding - Extra @ 3% of order value.
• Mode of transport - The Goods will be dispatched on “SELVES’’ basis through a reliable transport to the
godown nearest to the delivery address. We shall duly endorse lorry receipt for clearance from transporter’s
godown. After receipt of payment, the original lorry receipt will be handed over to you for Collection /
dispatch of goods to your place. Freight charges shall be extra at actual to your account.
• Transit Insurance - Transit insurance shall be in your scope. However, the same can be arranged by us @
1.5% of the order value (inclusive of excise duty and sales tax). However, it will be your responsibility to
complete the documents / formalities regarding surveying / claiming of insurance in case of transit damage.
• Payment Terms - 50 % advance along with order & balance against Proforma Invoice prior to dispatch.
• Delivery - Within 8 - 10 weeks from receipt of your technically and Commercially clear Purchase
Order / LOI with advance payment.
• Validity – This offer is valid for 15 days from the date of its issue & subject confirmation Thereafter
General:-
• Warranty of the Equipment: - The equipment is provided with warranty against faulty / defective material /
workmanship / manufacturing defects only for 18 months from the date of despatch or 12 months from the
date of commissioning whichever is earlier. The normal consumable spares & rubber parts, effect of
corrosion, erosion and normal wear & tear are specifically excluded from this warranty. The equipment should
be maintained & used as per instructions given in the Instruction Book supplied along with the equipment &
only genuine KAESER spares should be used.
• Force Majeure: - This clause is applicable.
