POLYBIO 425 is a semi-synthetic, water soluble metalworking fluid concentrate designed for machining processes like grinding and chip removal on ferrous and non-ferrous metals except aluminum alloys. It provides excellent performance for medium duty machining, good rust protection, high resistance to foaming even in hard water, and minimum filtration needs. POLYBIO 425 has a recommended use concentration of 1:20 to 1:10 depending on the application and shows little to no corrosion of steel, copper or aluminum at proper dilutions.

APPLICATIONS
 Grinding operations, centerless.  Recommended water hardness, for the first bath, and to refill:
 Any type of machining by chip removal.  Minimum 100 ppm (mg CaCO3/l)_10°fH_5.6°dH
 Ferrous and non-ferrous metals, with the exception of  Maximum 700 ppm (mg CaCO3/l)_70°fH_39°dH
aluminum 2000 & 7000 series, and copper.
