ACKNOWLEDGMENT

Success in any endeavor calls for co-operation and guidance from seniors and
colleagues.

This formal piece of acknowledgement may not be sufficient to express the


feeling of gratitude towards people who have helped me in successfully
completing the project.

My special thanks to our director D.P. Verma Sir and our head of department
DR. MANOJ SHARMA and My Project guide Miss Sonam mam also all
M.COM faculty. She/ He spared his precious time in providing me with the real
insights in to the project. I would be to express my sincere gratitude to her for
her guidance, support and encouragement, which has enabled me to complete
the project successfully. It gives me immense pleasure to acknowledge my
thanks and deep gratitude to all the RESPONDENTS who spared their precious
time for sharing their knowledge as well as providing me with their valuable
