Directions:​ For this assignment we will be highlighting the 

differences and similarities between everyone in your class. 


Everyone has a story that should be shared and appreciated. Your 
task is to go home and ask your parents, your grandparents, 
aunts and uncles, whoever you can about your family heritage, and 
make a poster explaining that for the class. 
 
Requirements:  
~poster should be well researched with words and pictures to 
describe your personal heritage. 
~there should be color, visuals, quotes, anything to repesent 
your fam 
 
Examples of what to include: 
~Country of origin 
~specific family traditions 
~unique family means 
~stories passed down through generations 
~language  
 
Extra:  
Please bring in a picture of your family and we will be taping 
it to your country of origin on a map to see the similarities and 
differences of our class.
