Question 1. What was the issue or problem that the entrepreneur identified?
His company Apple suffered some mistakes and flaws on the product thus resulting in disappointment and in
those times IBM surpassed Apple in sales. Sculley believes that Jobs was the one hurting their company so
they fired him from Apple.
Question 2. What was the creative solution to the problem?
Jobs started all over again from scratch which made way for him to be more creative on his future inventions.
Eventually he made NeXT in which Apple bought for $429 million.
Question 3. Who benefits from the solution to the problem? Individuals,
communities, the environment?
Employees from NeXT Inc., Apple because they bought the company as well as Steve Jobs
benefited from the solution to the problem in which made way to discover MAC OS.

business.
Job’s business started from 1976 in which he and Wozniak began to invent Apple
Computer. They funded their ventures by selling his Volkswagen bus and Wozniak selling
his scientific calculator. They created Apple Computer to make technology faster, accessible
and cheaper to everyday customers. After the release of their second model which was Apple
II, their company gained significant value of sales increasing to $139 million. Eventually
their company become a publicly-traded company, Jobs recruited the marketing expert John
Sculley to be the CEO of Apple. Eventually Apple suffered from software deficiencies,
design flaws resulting decrease from sales.

I can say that Steve Jobs is a hardworking person because despite being fired from Apple he
still made a way to prove himself thus creating a new company called NeXT Inc. which
made way for him to become the CEO for Apple.

7.1 Confidence
Jobs still trust his abilities despite being fired from Apple becasuse they think he is the problem why Apple
was taking a decrease in sales which made way for him inventing new software and hardware enterprise.

Jobs was sharp and intelligent to demonstrate his initiative in creating an environment-friendly products.
7.3 Creativity and innovation
Jobs creativity was a risk-taker starting from scratch making new and reliable inventions made way for him to
be recognized by his previous company which he co-founded.

Jobs created his new software and hardware enterprise NeXT from scratch which was focused on inventing
specialized operating systems sold in America.

Jobs didn’t take a break but instead bounced back thinking of a new way to create his own company wanting to
make recognition for himself after being neglected on Apple.

What makes them different is that they have their own mix of counterculture in technology. They are creative
in a way that they connect their product into science that’s why they are the one who produce the most
trending products such as phones and operating systems. Every product of apple are simple but elegant.

It was mentioned that Jobs was terrible at work-life balance. He never talked about work and life balance. He
only said that don’t waste your time following someone else’s life for you.

You gotta to do what you love most because the only to create great work is to love what you do in your life.
If you haven’t found what you love most doing keep finding don’t settle for less.
