1. What is recurring and non recurring information? Can recurring information be
middle level information. Yes or No. Give the reason for it.

Ans. Recurring Information:  The Information that is generated at regular


information. For Example:-The monthly Sales reports, Account statements.
Non-Recurring Information: Non Repetitive in nature. For Example: The financial
analysis or the report on the market research. 
Yes, recurring information be middle level information because recurring information is
repetitive in nature and done by middle level manager.

2. What role do the middle managers perform and how IT systems can help them
doing the same.

Ans. Role Do The Middle Managers:


 Sales management
 Sales region analysis
 Inventory control
 Production scheduling

Ans. Important Elements Of A System:


• Input: Input is what data the system receives to produce a certain output.

• Output: What goes out from the system after being processed is known as
Output.

• Processing: The process involved to transform input into output is known as


Processing.

4. If 2 systems need to talk or share data (interact) which element will help in the
interaction of both systems

Ans. If 2 systems need to talk or share data (interact) interfaces element of system
will help in the interaction of both systems
Interfaces: The interconnections and the interactions between the sub-systems is
known as the Interfaces. They may be inputs and outputs of the systems.

Ans. Feedback element of system will help in the improvement of the overall process
6. Can a closed system be deterministic or probabilistic? Yes or No. Pls. specify the

Ans. A closed system is deterministic as the system that works in a complete


isolation from the environment , then the system does not leave any exchange with
environment nor it is influenced by any environmental change , such a system is
known as closed system .

Also a system is called deterministic when the inputs , the process and the outputs
are known with certainity, The accounting system is deterministic .
