♦ Installation
Installation and regular maintenance are the two major aspects apart from
engineering for getting best performance from analyser system.
Wet panel/dry panel should be installed in well ventilated room away from direct sun
and rain.
Wet panel/dry panel should be installed on a cement platform which is free from
vibration and has level surface and properly grouted in the platform.
By the means if it is not possible to mount wet panel/dry panel in a room, suitable
covering should be provided to protect the wet panel/dry panel from sunlight / rain.
Wet panel/dry panel front should be directed towards north or South.
Analyser and any other LCD displays should not be exposed to direct sunlight. We
strongly recommend not mounting the panel near boiler or any other heat dissipating
area.
♦ Tube laying
The sample tubing should be easily accessible to rectify leak. Sample tube size
preferred is 1/4” OD.
♦ Cable laying
Lateral frame at the base of around 500MM should be given for cable connections.
Signal cable should never be laid with the high tension lines. Also route the signal
cable such that distance between panel and control room get minimized. Cable
should always be drawn into the panel after proper glanding. Ferruling, lugging and
dressing is required before terminating the cable to the terminal blocks.
Earth pit should be checked properly and provided in the vicinity of the wet panel/dry
panel/chiller unit earthing should be provided on the first priority before terminating
the power cables.
Always make the power supply connection last with the main switch turned off.
♦ Drain
