Terms & Conditions:

1. Above commercials are Excl. of Taxes and other levies.


2. The aggregation point and Internet delivery will be in Base Station near to the customer’s office locations. L2MPLS
traffic will be from the aggregation point to any of the above mentioned Sify’s Base Station locations.
3. L2 Orders from aggregation point to any of the above mentioned Sify PoP’s can be given post a valid feasibility. Right of
Refusal (RoR) for the feasibility lies with Sify.
4. Contract Term – 3 Years.
5. Terms of Payment – Quarterly in Advance with Bank Guarantee of amount equivalent to 6 Months of Recurring charges.
6. Termination Clause – 1 Month advance notification with all dues cleared for 1 Year if the contract is terminated within 1
Year of the contract term.
7. Pricing is subject to feasibility.
