To our young and brilliant/ guest of honor and speaker/ for today’s
momentous ceremony,/ to the supportive father of our hometown /
Hon. Josefino E. Miranda /to our beloved and equally unflagging
Sangguniang Bayan Members / headed by our active Vice
Mayor,/ Hon. Lawrence E. Miranda, / to all the school heads,
teachers and students/ thru the leadership of our Schools District
Supervisor/ Dr. Avelina D. Gatdula / to our indefatigable school
administrators/ headed by Dr. Natividad B. Reyes/ and to our
Head Teacher III, Mr. Joseph Dulatre/ to out FPTA Officers,/
heads and employees of the different local and government
offices here present, / parents, / visitors and friends, / to my fellow

of Brgy. Sabangan, Santiago, Ilocos Sur.// With his passion in his
educational strengthening, // he finished his grade school in the
year 2008/ at Sabangan Elem. School, With Honors, / his
secondary education/ here at Santiago National High School in
the year 2012 (4th Honors), / and his tertiary education with the
degree of / Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineering in 2015 at
Northern Philippine College for Marine-Science and Technology,
San Fdo, City La Union .//

With his pursuit of victory,/ it is undeniable that during his years of


going to school and after his schooling, // he was already trained
to hold offices/ and responsibilities as he/ became one of the
G.I.P EMPLOYEES DESIGNATED AT LGU- SANTIAGO/in the
year 2015-2016/ under the Department of Labor and Empoyment-
Santiago Unit / he also excelled in the different extra-curricular
