INDEMNITY UNDERTAKING

We, RACHELLE NANETTE G. TORRES, ROSEANNE TORRES LLAGUNO,


RUBEN G. TORRES JR., ROBIE MYRA TORRES-DU, MARIA LUISA TORRES-
SERENO & APRIL LOVE TORRES MEDIDA, all of legal ages, Filipinos and a resident
of Davao City, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law
hereby depose and state:

1. That we are the heirs of the late Nicasio Ruben G. Torres III who died intestate
on August 16, 2019 at Davao City, to wit:

representing the proceeds of hi BDO Saving Account Number 011418001160
with BDO Unibank, Inc. Buhangin Branch. We hereby expressly and absolutely
remise, release and forever discharge BDO Unibank, Inc., its owners, directors,
stockholders, officers employees and assigns (collectively “BDO”) from any and
all claims suits action or causes of action which we our successors assigns now
have or in the future claim to have against BDO in connection with the Account;

3. We hereby further obligate myself jointly and severally to indemnify BDO for any
loss or damages which it may sustain in the vent that any third persons shall
succeed in establishing a right superior to that of mine concerning the account.
