and resource requirements are forward planned.
Ensure all aspects of design, i.e. engineering, manufacture, HSE, cost, form fit & function have
been correctly identified and addressed.
Ensure use of standard products and cost effective project architectures.
Ensure project engineers are producing and maintaining documents in-line with the Clients
Project documentation requirements.
Provide input to Global Product Management on usability of products in system configurations
and input to requirements to improve future product and system offerings.
Demonstrate commitment to safety in design and all areas of responsibility.
Demonstrate commitment to OS and PEM.
Establish root causes of non conformance in areas of responsibility and drive continuous
improvement actions.
Ensure group is aware and compliant with latest procedures and statutory requirements.

Duties & Responsibilities to include:-
Identify and select economic oil and gas developments. Preparing the development concept and
making recommendations for implementation.
Managing the interface between the project team and the other departments and developing an

- Responsible for execution of assigned projects from proposal to Project Manager
completion.
- Responsible for ensuring that the package for submittal to the client meets all
client requirements. Checks that all client comments have been incorporated. The
PM assures that the package has been through all relevant checks in line with the
QA/QC manual.
