Business Matter

The Bid Opening started at 9:09am at the Division Office Conference Hall. The bid opening was
presided by Dr. Ma. Jeany T. Postrado, BAC Chairperson.
 The attendance was checked and quorum for the bid opening was declared by the BAC Chairperson. It
was noted that there was no representative from the COA, President of PICE and SPSTEMPC as observers
despite the invitation sent to them. The BAC with the assistance of the secretariat opened the sealed boxes
where the signed and sealed bid proposals for Lot 6-15 were safely kept.

 After reading of bid amount of each lot, The BAC Chairperson announced the Abstract as Read, 1st to
3rd Lowest Bidders are subject to Bid Evaluation and Post Qualification. 

Before adjournment, The BAC Chairperson informed all the bidders that the BAC will inform the bidders
who passed the Bid Evaluation and subject for Post Qualification.

The bid opening was adjourned by 5:20pm by Dr. Ma. Jeany T. Postrado, BAC Chairperson.
