THE PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION AND COMPLETION OF 118 UNITS 2 STOREY TERRACE HOUSES AT
PLOT 12R2C AND ASSOCIATED WORKS AT PRESINT 12, PUTRAJAYA

Setting out & mobilization workers, machinery and materials


1. Setting out shall using suitable type of survey instruments and conducted by qualified
or experienced surveyor to ensure correct setting and position.
2. Assigned worker will gathered to the position of installation.
3. Before start work, toolbox talk will be given by the supervisor. All hazard and control
measured will be communicated among the worker.

Excavation
1. Excavate the opening are as per the construction drawing.
2. All excavation shall be by means of open excavation using hydraulic excavator.
3. Excavated material shall be stockpiled at the side for backfilling upon completion.

Manhole Installation
1. Sand-bedding the foundation of the manhole
2. Precast manhole installed into the excavated open cut area
3. Backfilled the excavation area after the iron cover installed.
