STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE FOR UNIT OPERATION STARTUP
1. Check the CU location, condenser coil condition & piping installation.
2. Check the power supply wire connection & sizes, isolator and breaker sizes.
3. Check communication wire installation and connections.
4. Tighten screws in power supply terminal in CU units, isolator and communication terminal.
5. Check power supply sequence & voltage and be sure compressor heat up.
6. Check and charge additional gas for pipe line.
7. Start-up unit operation.
Remarks:
- Vacuumed piping about 2 hours, charged in additional of R410a gas 18kg for
Ground floor, RXQ16+14+14AYM (E001021, E001409, E001410)
Recommendation:
After unit start-up, please ensure that the following tasks to be checked regularly in order for
unit to perform at its best.
1) Power supply voltage to be standard (380 ~ 415 V).
2) Units are required to do regular maintenance.
(a) Screw loose or not in terminals and units.
(b) Condenser fins, evaporator fins and filter are always kept clean.
(c) Unit vibration and noise.
(d) Check & record of operation data.
