The skilled migrant accepts that it is a requirement of Automotive Employment NZ to use a qualified and licenced
immigration adviser from the date of job offer for work permit processing. This policy is in place for the protection of the
skilled migrant and can be discussed in detail if required. The selection of the Immigration Adviser is at the discretion of
the skilled migrant.
Police clearance certificates that show convictions are required to be forwarded to the employer and Automotive
Employment NZ as condition of employment.
Medicals that are referred to the Immigration NZ medical assessor as a result of serious or abnormal findings are
authorised to be discussed with both the employer and Automotive Employment NZ Ltd.
