How to Save an File in Excel
1. Go to Icon at Left corner on screen top
2. Click on File save as in left column click on desktop
3. Click on New Folder and rename it to Apaha QS Internship
4. Open the folder & save the excel as 1. Footing 20.05.20
5. Click on save and see the name of file in Title Bar

5. In Left corner near A1 cell click on the highlighted area
entire sheet is selected.
6. Click on Home tab and click on the highlighted commands

6. Now go A5 cell and type 1 in the cell
7. Go to B5 cell and put input the data (=A5+1) you will get 2

8. Click on B5 cell press (Ctrl + C) and then go to C5 cell click on
(Shift + Right Arrow Key) till AB column and press (Ctrl +V) you
will get numbers up to 28
9. Go to A5 cell press (Shift + Right Arrow key) up to AB column,
then press (Shift + Down Arrow key) up to 15th row.
10. Then click on the border drop down
arrow and all borders

11. Go to A6 Cell and press (Shift + Down Arrow key) and click on
Merge and Center command below wrap text, then press
(Ctrl + C) and go to B6 cell press (Shift + Down Arrow key) &
press (Shift + Right Arrow key) up to M column and press
(Ctrl + V)
12. Go to N6 cell press (Shift + Down Arrow key) &
press (Shift + Right Arrow key) up to P column and click on
Merge and Center
13. Then click on M6 cell press (Ctrl + C) and go to Q6 cell press
(Shift + Down Arrow key) & press (Shift + Right Arrow key) up
to S column and press (Ctrl + V).

16. Then click on A6 cell press (Shift + Down Arrow key) up to the
8th row and press (Shift + Right Arrow key) up to AB column
and press (Ctrl + B).
17. Then start typing the footing template on the next page.
