Terms and Conditions
Payment 80% in advance & rest amount after satisfactory installation.
Delivery Delivery & installation will be start within 3 days of confirmation the work
order with advance Payment. Customers are requested to provide full
support giving the required data without any delay.
Installation time 5 - 7days need to complete full Installation.
Training Training will be provided by our technical team during and after the
installation. The client must provide at least one dedicate personnel to
look after and maintain the system. We strongly suggest that the client
employ, technical personnel dedicated for the running and maintenance
of the system. If the client wants, we could train and recommend a
technical person for this job, whom they can retain under their payroll.
Warranty One year warranty will be provided for all hardware unless any physical
damage or burning is found. And three month of software modification
will be void if any temperament is noticed.
Technical Support One year free technical support and after that the client is required to
maintain service contract fixed up by mutual understanding.
Modification Any request for modification is required to be placed in writing. The
warranty will be invalid if any modification is made without our
permission.
Validity Our offer is valid for a period of 15 days from the date of submission.
This package price is only valid for this package. After 15 days price will
vary. It might be increase or decrease.
Hand over If customer is satisfied with installation, test & trial, it will be certainly
treated that the full systems has been handed over properly. The client is
required to sign a job completion certificate.
