ECM-2263 Turbocharger (TC) Control. Faulty Signal

The document describes a diagnostic trouble code (DTC) ECM-2263 related to faulty turbocharger (TC) control. The DTC is set when the actual boost pressure deviates from the desired pressure for the engine control module (ECM). Potential causes include loose wiring connections, air leaks, blocked hoses, a faulty turbo position sensor, a damaged TC control valve, or issues with the charge-air cooler bypass valve. Symptoms may include warning lights, poor performance, or lack of power.

The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the actual boost

pressure deviates from the desired boost pressure for the
engine control module (ECM). The fault is diagnosed by the
engine control module (ECM) when the engine is running.
