Content Standards The learner demonstrates understanding awareness of body parts in
preparation for participation in physical activities.
Performance Standards The learner designs a physical activity program for the family/School.
Transfer Goals The learner will independently use their understanding in how lifestyle and
principles of fitness can improve their fitness level. This will give them ideas
about how fitness tests can improve one’s health and fitness level in
association with proper nutrition and healthy lifestyles.
