After discussing with the group members we list down three


most popular brands of particular category of fashion product
in Bangladesh.

•Yellow Clothing brand


•Arong Clothing brand 
•Apex Footwear brand

•Yellow- Yellow is a Bangladesh-based fashion brand and


clothing retailer owned by Beximco. In 2014, Beximco
announced the opening of 102 Outlets in Bangladesh and
several in Dubai, New York City and Toronto in early 2015
and Seoul in mid 2015. That’s why we choose this brand in
top fashion brand in Bangladesh.
•Arong- Aarong number one lifestyle retailer in Bangladesh
and social enterprise of BRAC.
Aarong is a chain of Bangladeshi department stores
specializing in Bengali ethnic wear and handicrafts. It is
owned by the non-profit development agency BRAC, and
employs thousands of rural artisans across the country. It
currently operates fourteen outlets in six Bangladeshi
metropolitan cities. That’s why we choose this brand in top
fashion brand in Bangladesh.
•Apex-Apex the leading shoe making brand in Bangladesh
started its journey more than two decades ago on January 4,
1990. From the inspiration of leather business, it started the
shoemaking operation. Apex started its retail chain in 1997 to
fulfil the footwear needs of the Bangladeshi consumers. Since
the inception, Apex has sought to make use of their expertise
in shoe making and gathered through serving major shoe
retailers across the world to provide high quality and
fashionable footwear to everyone. That’s why we think this
footwear brand is in top of Bangladesh.

•I think those are the best top popular brands in Bangladesh.


Still now they kept they identity in our country.The best part
is they services and produces more effective product in day
by day that’s why we like their things more and more.
They actually used different type of market like store
basement and online basement.they use customer segment
in different groups.They Targeting their customer value and
demand after that they produce the product for new fashion
segment and promote in different ways.I draw a spidergram I
thinks it’s very important to consumers to evaluating those
brands.like perceptual mapping it provides a visual
representation of consumer perceptions of the brand.

Some brand strategies positioning is matter for fashion


marketing to creat a marketplace.these type of strategy like
product benefits actually focuses upon a characteristics of
the product or customer benefits. Like others strategies can
be pricing, product users image, products applications, and
the cultural symbols. Basically they focused on the perfection
and brand positioning by use represent a second or third
position for the brand, such type of positioning is done
deliberately to expend the brands market.other strategies
can be they maybe used a variety variation of cultural logo or
symbols to looking great to differentiate their brands from
that competitors. Its would be great for each brand that’s
why they succeed to top in the best marketplace in bd.
Now I am going to show the three top brands spidergram
right here.

•Here is a spidergram for our those top fashion companies. I


thinks it’s suitable for customer and consumer to understand
the brand value and the number of categories. These
companies can doing well if they focuses on the vision like
this. Afterall the spidergram I draw for the top fashion brands
yellow, Arong, Apex. This things can be help better to
understand the marketplace and can maintain the quality.

•Now I am going to discuss about the difference their


promotional activities and identify actually which tools are
the most effective ones for those fashion companies and
either I discuss why this ones factor actually effective.

I analyse the fact for those companies they promote their


companies like two ways there are outlets based and online
based. These are the actual way of marketing or selling their
products. Others things the promotional tools is more
suitable for those companies. I would like to share the tools
in here for making good and pick best one tools for discuss
for those fashion companies.

• I discussed the things there are two sites of marketing


outlets based and online/Digital based. I think the digital
marketing is the best tools for their marketing promotion and
I thinks it’s mostly effective for these fashion companies.

•Digital marketing is the best way for promote the


business.This is the component of that utilizes internet
and online based  technologies such as desktop
computers, mobile phones and other  media and
platforms to promote products and services.

You know how accessible the internet today, would you


believe the companies? Much number of people go online
everyday it’s day by day increasing. In fact, "constant"
internet usage among adults increased by 5% in just the last
three years, according to research. And although we say it a
lot, the way people shop and buy really has changed along
with it meaning offline marketing isn't as effective as it used
to be. Those companies can increase the site for adults in
case day by day its madly increase.

Marketing has always been about connecting with audience in


the right place and at the right time. Today, that means
companies need to meet them where they are already
spending time. on the internet is the very right way to reach
customers. Those companies can go the right way through
the digital marketing. Digital marketing encompasses all
marketing efforts that use an electronic device or the internet.
Businesses leverage digital channels such as search engines,
social media, email, and other websites to connect with
current and prospective customers.
At this stage, digital marketing is vital for this fashion
business and brand awareness. It seems like every brand
should have a website. And if they don't, they at least have a
social media presence or digital ad strategy. Digital content
and marketing is so common that consumers now expect and
rely on it as a way to learn about brands. 
Long story short, to be competitive as a business owner, the
companies will need to embrace some aspects of digital
marketing.
Because digital marketing has so many options and strategies
associated with it, they can get creative and experiment with a
variety of marketing tactics on a budget. With digital
marketing, you can also use tools like analytics dashboards to
monitor the success and ROI of their campaigns more than
they could with a traditional promotional content, such as a
billboard or print ad or Facebook promotion.
