• Work in collaboration with Sri Lanka Transport Board, the government
owned Public Transport Company
• Establish a Joint Venture Company
• Provide Management Consultancy Services to the Joint Venture
• Conduct a thorough study, do route design, identify the type of
busses required, design Operation and Management structure and
establish the implementation plan
• Facilitate the procurement of busses
• 2021- 600 Busses 2022- 400 Busses and 2023 – 400 Busses
• Provide Management consultancy during the payback period.
