Horizontal Alignment Project: Transportation Engineering - I

The document describes a student project to modify the horizontal alignment of a road from Mandi Bahauddin to Malakwal. The original route was 26.04 km long and took 55 minutes. Using Civil 3D software, the student drew a new polyline alignment and defined design parameters like curve radius and design speed. Cross-sections were also created of the modified alignment which included labels for stationing and point of curve, tangent, and tangent locations.
