6. HSE
HSE is under control this week and no accident or injury was reported. Special personal was assigned to
clear, sort out and store the removed materials from Main Building area, such as the scaffolding formwork
and timber. A safety meeting was held every morning from Monday to Friday. Keep pressure on
supervision of various violations and correct behaviors or places that violate regulations.

Detailed safety measures have been taken this week as follows,

1. Continue cleaning up construction materials at site and sort them out.

2. Safety supervision and protections on high-elevation activities.
3. Cleaning of site road.
4. Drain away water from site area.
