The purpose of this inspection was to certify under API 4G Cat Ill that the mast is in safe and like new conditions as certification requirements by the OEM. This inspection was performed according with API 4G. After the final inspections were made it \s my opinion that this mast is in good condition and should be able to operate safely at this time, not to exceed the limits set by the original manufacturer. This inspection was performed in accordance to field inspections procedures generally accepted in the oilfield industry with API 4G.
