Business plan of Tiffin 2 you

Name: Tiffin 2 you. We have chosen this name because our goal is to provide home cooked
style meal for people who doesn’t have time for cooking.

Address: Our head quarter will be Basundhara Dhaka. And we will open two other office in
Khulna and Chittagong later.

Company type: Private limited company

Nature of business: Online based restaurant.

Owner’s background: I am from business background and have a wide variety of knowledge
about businesses and my co-founder is from tech background he is good at app development and
have a lot of knowledge about technology.

Business model: We want to provide foods for those who doesn’t have time for cooking or don’t
want to cook. We are mainly targeting people who are unmarried job holders and university
student. Our goal is to sell home cooked style food that a person eats daily. A n customers will
be able to order food by using our app and also will be able to connect us through WhatsApp and
massager chat bot. We will also be able to earn money by showing ads on our app.

Products: Fish, eggs, rice, meat, breads and vegetables

Target market: Bachelors, university students, job holders

Competitor: There is other food delivery company’s available but they don’t sell their own
product and the food they sells are costly and are not good for eating at a daily basis.

Marketing plan: We will market by going into different offices, organizations. We will do
television commercial using a celebrity, we will run social media campaign.

Operational plan: For operating this business we will need different team including some
developers, financial people, accountants, sales people, cooks, and delivery people.For delivery
we will need around 55 delivery person to cover Dhaka.
Financial plan: To expand this business and to run this we will need 3 crore taka

Future plan: In the nearest future we will expand our business to other cities including Khulna
and Chittagong. And we are also looking for an IPO so that we can go global.

Conclusion: This can be multibillion dollar business people nowadays uses internet to do their
daily work and they wants health food also and also wants to save time and we can solve this
problem
