OF THE LATE BUENAVENTURA ESTAURA TABELON
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT:
This EXTRA-JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT of the Late BUENAVENTURA ESTAURA TABELON is
made and entered into by and among –
The Heirs of the late BUENAVENTURA ESTAURA TABELON, namely:
1. PRESCILA M. TABELON (wife of the decedent), of legal age, Filipino, widower and a
resident of Brgy. Tiniwisan,Butuan City, Philippines;
2. FREDELISA T. LEOPARDAS (daughter of the decedent), of legal age, Filipino, married to
JAY A. LEOPARDAS and a resident of Brgy. Tiniwisan, Butuan City, Philippines;
3. LOUIE M. TABELON (son of the decedent), of legal age, Filipino, married to MARIVIC
B .CUSTO and a resident of Brgy. Tiniwisan,Butuan City Philippines;
4. MICHELLE M. TABELON (daughter of the decedent), of legal age, Filipino, single and a
resident of Brgy. Tiniwisan, Butuan City, Philippines;
5. MARY GRACE T. TORRALBA (deceased-daughter of the decedent), represented by her
spouse, JOEL P. TORRALBA, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of Brgy. Tiniwsan,
Butuan City and JOACHIM GABRIELLE T. TORRALBA (son of the deceased Mary Grace
T. Torralba) and JULIAN JAMES T. TORRALBA (son of the deceased Mary Grace T.
Torralba, both are minors, Filipino and a residents of Brgy. Tiniwisan, Butuan City, legally
represented by their father JOEL P. TORRALBA, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of
Brgy. Tiniwsan, Butuan City.
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, on April 20, 2019, BUENAVENTURA ESTAURA TABELON died intestate at Davao
Regional Medical Center, Apokon, Tagum City, Davao del Norte;
WHEREAS, the late BUENAVENTURA ESTAURA TABELON, hereinafter referred to as the
decedent, left a certain real and personal properties at the time of his death, to wit:

IX. Money/Cash in bank deposited on the Personal Savings Account of Buenaventura E. Tabelon
with First Valley Bank, Butuan City branch, with account No. ____________;
WHEREAS, the parties hereto are the SOLE and ONLY heirs of the decedent who are entitled to
succeed to his estate, they, being the decedent’s suriving WIFE AND CHILDREN;
WHEREAS, the decedent left no personal property;
WHEREAS, there are NO KNOWN DEBTS OR OBLIGATIONS DUE AGAINST THE ESTATE OF
SAID DECEDENT; and
WHEREAS, it is to the best interest of the parties hereto to divide, partition and adjudicate among
themselves the entire estate above described EXTRA-JUDICIALLY in the manner and form hereinafter set
forth;
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises and invoking the provision
of Section 1, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court, the parties hereto have agreed as they hereby do so agree to
divide, partition and adjudicate the above estate among themselves,
- ALL the REAL properties as identified and as aforementioned, PRO-INDIVISO (Equal
Sharing),
- Money/Cash in bank be ASSIGNED AND ADJUDICATED EXCLUSIVELY to FREDELISA T.
LEOPARDAS - authority is hereby expressly granted to Fredelisa T. Loepardas to transact,
process and sign any and all papers or documents for and in behalf of the heirs for the
withdrawal of the said money with the bank;
subject, however to contingent liabilities to creditors, heirs or other persons who might have been deprived
of lawful participation in the estate of the decedent, for a period of two years from and after the settlement
and distribution thereof, in accordance with the provision of Section 4, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court; and
That in the remote event that may any other property of the decedent should ever be found which
is not included herein above, the parties hereto further agree as they do so agree, to settle and distribute
the same in the like manner and proportion as herein established and disposed.
