COMES NOW the petitioner through undersigned counsel and unto this Honorable Court,
most respectfully moves and prays for the issuance of a Certificate of Finality considering that for
more than fifteen (15) days had lapsed already after receipt of the decision by the respondent, Office
of the Solicitor General, Angeles City Prosecutor’s Office, and no Motion for Reconsideration nor
Appeal has been filed by the said parties and respondent, hence the Decision dated July 17, 2014, is
already final and executory.
WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is respectfully moved and prayed to the Honorable
Court that considering no Motion for Reconsideration nor Appeal has been filed by the respondent,
Office of the Solicitor General, Angeles City Prosecutor’s Office, or any interested parties before the
Honorable Court after the lapse of the fifteen (15) days from receipt of the Decision dated July 17,
2014, a Certificate of Finality is prayed to be issued.
