I believe you are aware that after the conclusion of BSNL VRS 2019
scheme, the management is saddled with onerous task of revising the sanctioned
strength of all cadres/streams of executives and non-executives posts in the

Company.
In this regard, Corporate Office has been engaging with the Circles for
providing the sanctioned strength and working strength in sync with the ERP
(which records all staff on the pay rolls of the company). You may please refer
to the letters of even number dated 01/02.07.2020 and 05.08.2020).

I am very concerned that the report regarding your Circle has not been
duly completed and complied till date. Such inordinate delay directly inhibits the
timely completion of this important HR exercise which is to be considered by
BSNL Board.

I seek your due diligence to activate the Circle administration and furnish
the desired report latest by 05.09.2020.

Your personal intervention is solicited to complete this task by above date.
