No, you cannot maintain 2 separate pricing procedure for same Material in
single order. But you can change the price Manually by selecting the material
and then the conditions tab. You can also see the changed status as manually

I have a sales order with several lines. None of the lines


has been delivered yet.
I would like to cancel some of the lines (items) without
deleting them. I mean these lines still have to be in the
sales order but they have to be inactive. I tried to use
rejection reason but confirmed quantity remained on the
line which does not make any sense to me.
The other question is if I have a line item with partially
delivered quantity and would like to cancel the rest of the
quantity that has not been delivered yet. How can I do this?
Pls go to these selected schedule lines which you do not want to deliver and put a delivery block
at schedule line level. This will solve the issue and you will be able to deliver only those schedule
lines which you have not blocked.

and for S2 normal cycle is to be followed, i am facing difficulty in setting this scenario.

A simple way to acheive this would be to set up 2 item categories- one modeled on standard item
Cat TAN ( relevant for Delivery based Billing) and another on L2N( relevant for Order based
billing). Now in item cat assignment keep the item cat related to most likely scenario ( may be
Delivery based billing) as the default item cat and the other one as manual alternative. So when
Sales Org S1 users create orders, thy can manually change the item cat.
However if you want to automate item cat selection based on Sales Org, then you can set up a
different Item cat group in the Sales Org 2 view of the material master for S1 and S2 and thus
drive the system to determine different Item cats as needed.
You may also resort to user exits for item cat determination based on sales org, but it may be
overkill for this.
