As part of his larger series 'On Scales,' Jared Dunn has identified a variety of
atypical scale passages from the repertoire. These disguised or altered scales
bring a new dimension to scale practice, one that brings to light the many roles
scales play behind the scenes of the piano literature!

Keep this document handy during warm ups. Even the most challenging
excerpts can be successfully effectively at a slow enough tempo. Soon, you'll
