GARCIA, R. R., J.:

This refers to the Motion for Reconsideration 1 filed by


petitioner Candido Rigor Guiam III of our Decision2 dated August 30,
2019 denying the petition for review.

After going over the grounds raised in the Motion for


Reconsideration and the Comment3 filed by respondent Eliseo M.
Madrid, We resolve to deny the motion.

Petitioner failed to show any compelling reason that would


warrant a reversal or modification of the aforementioned Decision. A

perusal of the Motion for Reconsideration shows that no new matters


were alleged therein that have not been considered, passed upon and
discussed in the decision sought to be reconsidered.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, the instant Motion for


Reconsideration is hereby DENIED.
