Display Content
(Public Information Display)

The MegaView Wall has the dynamic function of displaying video, animation, graphics and
text in a single screen, or in multiple screens, all at one time. It is up to your creativity to
take the full advantages of the MegaView Wall, i.e. to transform the function of building
space, providing public information, creating commercials, and creating a different setting
and theme to the surrounding.

The buildings owner can work with advertisement agency, animation company, various
content providers, or the system operator to develop the display content. Here are some
ideas and suggestions:

System Operation
(Commercial Building & Shopping Mall)
The basic tasks of a system operation is scheduling and maintaining program schedule,
such as uploading new programs and deleting old programs. System administration
can be done remotely via a WAN, ADSL or cable Internet connection. The system
operator also design and configure the format of screen display, such as multiple
window display, scrolling text etc. It serves as a central contact point to coordinate
between content providers, advertisers and building owners.

Building owners who would like to outsource the system operation can contact our
system operator. They provide system operation services from connecting TV
channels, SMS sub screens, screen design and content maintenance. For buildings
owners that wish to operate the system, Mitsubishi Electric (Mitsubishi) will provide
training to equip the staff the necessary skills and knowledge.

Space & Installation

(Public Information Display)
MegaView Wall can be installed by building a structure to “house” the display cubes;
either by suspending from the ceiling, or leverage on the existing building infra-
structure. In another word, the specially designed structure can “make space” for the
seemingly “crowded” surrounding.

The MegaView Wall on its own, can stack up to 5 units high vertically, and has no
limit in length when the cubes are arranged horizontally.

Mitsubishi will undertake the installation and conduct the installation procedures as
follows:

On-site survey to establish Viewer Profile

• Factor of considerations for display location- the distance, lighting effects, sound
effects, space for maintenance, complying criteria for installation, and how it blends
with the general background and surrounding.

Structural Engineer Certification

• Mitsubishi will work with structural engineer to design the structure.

Installation & Testing

• The final steps of the installation are installation of the video cubes, testing, calibration
and adjustments.
System Consultation, Design & Integration
(Control Room Solution)

3,000 sites world-wide since 1998. We
have accumulated vast knowledge and
experiences in the system consultation,
design, and integration in the Command
& Control Environment. We can help our
client to customize tailored solution, and
to ensure smooth implementation.

The MegaView Wall also has the extensive

flexibility to integrate with the legacy systems.

Maintenance & Support
Mitsubishi Electric, the manufacturer of the MegaView Wall, will provide the maintenance
& support from the Asia Pacific Headquarter in Singapore. Preventive maintenance is
conducted regularly, and when desired based on PM plan. And we have a technical team
standing by to provide 24 x 7 hrs of on-site support in case of system breakdown. The
Technical Helpdesk Support is provided during office hours. Special arrangement can be
made if the client requires 24 x 7 hrs Helpdesk services. Alternatively, we can train and
qualify the maintenance team of MegaView Wall owners to conduct preventative
maintenance.

However it is best that complicated repair work be done by our qualified team of engineers
who have all the necessary trouble shooting skills and equipment.
