This volume comprises the invited lectures presented at at The Fifteenth International
Conference on Civil, Structural and Environmental Engineering Computing (Civil-
Comp 2015) and The Fourth International Conference on Soft Computing Technology
in Civil, Structural and Environmental Engineering (Civil-Soft-Comp 2015) held con-
currently in Prague, Czech Republic, from 1-4 September 2015. We are grateful to
the authors and co-authors of the papers included in this volume. Their contributions
to these conferences and this book are greatly appreciated.
