Editorial
This volume comprises the invited lectures presented at at The Fifteenth International
Conference on Civil, Structural and Environmental Engineering Computing (Civil-
Comp 2015) and The Fourth International Conference on Soft Computing Technology
in Civil, Structural and Environmental Engineering (Civil-Soft-Comp 2015) held con-
currently in Prague, Czech Republic, from 1-4 September 2015. We are grateful to
the authors and co-authors of the papers included in this volume. Their contributions
to these conferences and this book are greatly appreciated.
We are especially grateful to the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Czech Techni-
cal University in Prague for their co-operation in the organisation of this conference.
In particular we should like to thank the Dean of the Faculty of Civil Engineering,
Professor Alena Kohoutková and the Head of the Department of Mechanics, Profes-
sor Jiřı́ Máca for their kind support and co-operation during the organisation of this
conference.
Other papers presented at these conferences are published as follows:
• The Invited Review Lectures from Civil-Comp 2015 and and Civil-Soft-Comp
2015 are published in:
Computational Technology Reviews, Volumes 11 & 12, Saxe-Coburg Publica-
tions, Stirlingshire, Scotland, 2015.
