We - BiPlus Vietnam - would like to send our warmest regards and best wishes.

BiPlus Vietnam, established in July 2018, is the hard work and dedication of
founding members with ten years of experience in providing IT solutions for
telcos.

Although a newly founded company, BiPlus Vietnam is entrusted by well-known

8 Digital Certificate Gateway

The integration gateway that provides digital contract with


bio metric (fingerprint) generation. This system connects
to RENIEC (the National Registry of Identification and Civil
Status at Peru) via SOAP WS and uses the lib to check
fingerprints. From the uploaded dynamic templates of
contract, the system will generate digital contracts as PDF
and will upload to data center by schedule

9 Commission Management System

The system to manage commission for BITEL’s shops. The


admin accesses the system via web to check and approve
