19.03.2013 at 14:20 LT and was berthed at POTI OIL TERMINAL at 12:00 LT on 27.03.2013
in all respects ready to load her cargo of about 1425,00 M/T STYRENE MONOMER
Cargo hoses connected at 11:45 hours L.T. on 27.03.2013
Commenced loading at 11:15 LT on 27.03.2013
Since this time vessel awaiting shore side order to commence loading.
For unknown to me reasons we did not receive an order from the Oil Terminal regarding loading
commencement up to this time.
There fore I hold You full any cost, lose ar damage arising from this respect.

AS PER SHORE MEASUREMENTS
Dear Sirs,
Refering to your notice for an alleged cargo shortage as per outturn figures Owners,Charterers,Master of this
vessel reject any responsibility in this respect for the the following reasons :
• Vessel arrived at your port with the total quantity of cargo on board as per ullage measurements taken
in presence of your representative;
• After competion of discharging vessel received a DRY TANK CERTIFICATE;
• As per C/P terms vessel is responsible up to ship's manifolds;
• Vessel didn't take part in shore measurements.
Therefore vessel can not be hold responsible for any cargo losses incurredat shore installation plant.
TO PROTECT MYSELF, OWNERS, CHARTERERS AND ALL PARTIES CONCERNED I AM HOLDING YOU FULLY
