Payment Agreement Contract

By this contract, Robel John Umali Domingo, known as the Payer, whose address located at
Blk 67 Lot 28 Daffodil St., Zone 8 Brgy. Rizal, Makati City agrees to make payments to Mario
Pabro Dupaya known as the Payee, whose address located at Blk 5 Lot 3 Northridge Executive
Village Sto. Cristo, San Del Monte, Bulacan hereafter known as “Lender,” by the following in
exchange for commercial rental fee. The said commercial space paying for is located at the
ground floor of MK Building, #128 Apitong St., Comembo, Makati City, Philippines.

By this agreement, it is agreed that a payment of One Hundred Fifty Thousand pesos {Php
150,000} will be surrendered to the Lender as an advanced commercial rental fee payment for
the period of seven (7) months.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises made by the
parties hereto, the Payer Party and the Payee Party (individually, each a “Party” and collectively,
the “Parties”) covenant and agree as follows:

1. that the Payer is paying the seven (7) months rental fee (25,000 a month) in which both parties
agreed that the payment of Php 150,000 includes a one (1) month discount since the payment is
advance for seven (7) months.
2. that the payment plan will cover the months of September 2019, October 2019, November
2019, December 2019, January 2020, February 2020 and March 2020.
3. that unless in writing NO modification of this Agreement shall be valid unless in writing and
agreed upon by both Parties.
4. that this agreement and the interpretation of its terms shall be governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, Makati City.

By signing this agreement, all parties agree to the terms as described above. Both parties will
receive a printed copy of this agreement, and will be responsible for upholding its terms.
