Answer : My name is Yoga abas permana. I live in Pangandaran right in the village of
Cimanggu. I am 19 years old and I entered Galuh university majoring in accounting

Answer : So when I read about your company, I found that my skills match your
company's needs. where I can showcase my skills in accounting to contribute to this

Answer : I am a person who really puts honesty, never gives up, is disciplined, hard
worker, responsibility, and has a good ettitud.
4. Questions : What are your weakness?
Answer : My weakness at work is that I am too self-critical and always try to solve
problems on my own.

Answer : I have good experience and ability and experience so that it can become an
asset to your company and I like a company like this company, because there are many
things I can do to develop myself and develop this company. I feel that my goal and the
company are the same, namely to expand the network so as to improve the existence of
myself and the company.

Answer : As far as I am, this company has the fastest and best growth in this area. The
company work environment is very good and comfortable. The workers feel proud to be part
of this company. This company provides full support to their employees. This company has

Answer : In my opinion, everyone needs to make changes to improve skills, knowledge,
experience and personal needs such as money and so on.

Answer : Yes sir, but salary is not the first priority for me. This is a great opportunity to
start my career as a secretary and I also want to increase my knowledge and skills in this
field and gain more experience. So I expect a large salary according to my ability and the
needs of your company that will meet my economic needs. And hopefully my experience
can help me to maintain the standard level of my personal and economic needs to be taken
into consideration for my salary later.
9. Questions : What are your career goals?
Answer : In the short term, I look forward to working as a secretary in a company like
yours, whose mission is to focus on serving and caring for customers. Working as a
Secretary in a company that I have faith in is important for my career advancement. Starting
from a belief, I hope to be given more trust in the future. My long-term goal is to become an
honorable position in this company like being chairman of a branch.
10. Questions : Finally, do you have any questions to ask me?
Answer : Thank you for giving me the opportunity to ask. Sir I would like to know about
job timing and transportation facilities and what is the job location and salary scale for the
job and benefits issues in this company? So that I can know and comply with the regulations
stated in your company.
