How to connect room light for the UD150B-40

1) At the B-40 console, press “setup” key and hold for 3 sec.
2) Press the button 1, 2, 3 as shown below:

5) Press SIGNAL. Use the up and down arrow to go to TABLE I/F out-1. With the cursor at
TABLE I/F out-1, select “Edit”. At item #9, change the number from 0 to 542. This allows
X1B pin 18 and 19 on Table I/F board becomes relay close contact when performing prep and
exposure.
