 Gender sensitivity
 Responsible use of

 Filipino Culture
 Emphasized the importance of
HOTS
 Appropriate programs in all
learning area
2.2. Reminders
2.2.a. All program of Activities must be
checked by the by the immediate
head before distribution.
2.2.b. Observe the students’ progress
especially the scholars and the
Dean’s Lister’s.
 Failing grades talk to the
following:
 During Prelims call the
attention of the student
 During Midterm call the
attention of the parents
2.2.c. Updating of the faculty’s
credentials.
 Certificates
 Renewal of License
 Tesda (NC’s)
2.2.d. Discourage the ladies to use
very high heels:
 Minimum: 1 ½ inches
 Maximum: 3 inches
2.2.e. Encourage the students to use
appropriate bags.
2.2.f. Program Coordinators and
fulltime faculty members are
required to stay until 7:00 pm at
least once a week to address
the concerns of the part time
teachers.
2.2.g. Program Coordinators are
expected to observe classes
atleast twice per semester and
furnish the necessary
documents.
2.2.h. Monetary Sanctions should not
be given to students.
2.2.i. Each faculty member must
have a notebook for faculty
meetings.
2.2.j. Faculty Meetings will be
conducted every 3rd
Wednesday of the month.
2.2.k. Every faculty meeting a topic
should be discussed by the
