Put the verb into the correct tense:

1. If I were (be) you, I could get (get) a new job.

2. If he were (be) younger, he could (travel) more.

3. If we weren’t (not / be) friends, I would be (be) angry with you.

4. If I had (have) enough money, I could buy (buy) a big house.

5. If she weren’t (not / be) always so late, she might be (be) promoted.

6. If we won (win) the lottery, we could travel (travel) around the world.

7. If you had (have) a better job, we would be (be) able to buy a new car

8. If I spoke (speak) perfect English, I might have (have) a better job.

9. If we lived (live) in Paris, I could speak (speak) French.

10. If she passed (pass) the exam, she would be (be) able to enter university.

I. Fill in the gaps with the correct form of the verb.
