To, Mr. Rahul Xyx, Sector 12 Mumbai, 230532 Subject: Notice for recovery of money. Under instruction and on behalf of my client Mr. Akash S/o XYZ, Resident ABC, Uttar Pradesh, I do hereby serve you with the following notice:- 1. That, my client is an individual under the name and style of Mr. Akash. 2. That, my client is a student of Bhatnagar University, Mumbai. 3. That, On May 25, 2020, you asked for Rs.30, 000/- rupees from my client citing an urgency of money in your family, believing the same my client gave you the amount on May 26, 2020. 4. That, On June 10, 2020, you again asked my client for an amount of Rs. 55,000/- by stating that your grandmother met with an accident and there is a shortage of money, after which my client transferred the whole amount in cash on June 12, 2020. 5. That, at the time of taking money from my client, you made a promise that you will return money in the upcoming few weeks. 6. That, even after several requests and reminders by my client to you for returning back the total amount, you are ignoring and not returning back the amount. I, therefore, through this Notice finally call upon you to pay to my client Rs. 85,000/-. Along with future interest @ 8% p.a. from the date of the notice till actual realization of the said amount, together with a notice fee of Rs. 7000/- to my client either in cash or by demand draft or Cheque whichever mode suits you better, within clear 30 days from the date of receipt of this notice, failing which my client has given me clear instructions to lie civil as well as a criminal lawsuit for recovery and other Miscellaneous proceedings against you in the competent court of law and in that event you shall be fully responsible for the same. A copy of this Notice has been preserved in my office for record and future course of action.
